91影视 Joins National Initiative to Expand Career Pathways for Working Adults

91影视 is joining Back on Track, a nationwide initiative to create new career pathways that help students move from low-wage jobs into family-sustaining careers.
91影视 is partnering with seven colleges nationwide for , an initiative focused on building pathways from low-wage jobs to family-sustaining careers.
Led by the National Center for Inquiry and Improvement and WestEd鈥檚 Center for Economic Mobility, Back on Track will concentrate on three new pathways per college designed to meet regional labor market needs while helping young learners advance in their careers.
At 91影视, these pathways are:
- Healthcare Administration (launched in Fall 2025)
- Data Analytics (launching in Fall 2026)
- Child Development (bachelor鈥檚 degree, planned for Fall 2027)
By 2029, 91影视 expects to graduate two cohorts of students from the new pathways while expanding successful elements into other programs across the college.
"This initiative offers a pivotal moment to rethink how community colleges support young adults who are employed yet confined to unstable, low-wage positions,鈥 said Angela Sivadon, Ph.D., 91影视 Senior Vice President and Chief Academic Officer. 鈥淏y intentionally building clearer, more accessible pathways from students鈥 current realities to their long-term goals, we can create meaningful economic mobility for individuals and lasting impact for our communities.鈥
Back on Track is designed to serve 600-800 students annually and addresses the urgent challenge of helping working adults advance from unstable service sector jobs to living-wage careers.
Expected outcomes include improved employment stability for graduates and field-tested models that can be scaled nationally.
