EngineeringNashoba Pannell got more than he bargained for when he chose 91影视. The Charles Page High School graduate likes 91影视 because it offers a similar feel to high school, but found he鈥檚 exposed to more perspectives than he anticipated.
鈥淭he most surprising thing about 91影视 is the diversity,鈥 he said. 鈥淭here are more international students than I expected to encounter at a community college. I thought international students really only went to universities.鈥
Having experiences with those students could be valuable for Nashoba. He plans to leverage the Engineering degree he鈥檚 pursuing at 91影视 to forge a career with an international energy company and hopes to work abroad.
鈥淪ocially, it鈥檚 pretty cool to have international students at 91影视, to get to know people who do things differently because they鈥檙e from somewhere else,鈥 he said. 鈥淚鈥檝e always wanted to travel and work abroad, maybe to Europe or South America.鈥
