- How can I place an order with PackNXT?
Follow these simple steps to place an order on PackNXT
- Go to All Products page and click on the box to choose your box type. You will be taken to product configuration page
- On the product configuration page choose your desired quantity, dimensions, printing type, usage details & other specifications and click on the Submit button to confirm Enquiry
- We will send a Quotation in response to your enquiry. Check & confirm quotation on Dashboard Page by clicking on the “Accept” Button.
- Once the Quotation is confirmed we will send you an invoice with a payment link. Click on payment link to proceed with payment
- You'll see a thank you page if your order is successfully placed
- How can I track/check the status of my order?
- You can check the status of your order on https://packnxt.com/dashboard/requests
- Is there a minimum order policy?
- Yes there is a minimum order policy which varies for different products. For more details contact us on email@example.com
- How will I know if the order is placed successfully?
- Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation mail & text on your registered phone number. Also you can check your confirmed orders on the website on Dashboard Page.
- How to search for packaging products on PackNXT?
You can search for a product by following the below steps-
- Go to search bar option on the top of page and click on it
- Type your Product (eg. pizza box) and then hit Enter Button to search.
- When and on what terms can I return the shipment?
You can return a shipment if
- Product is damaged/defective.
- Differ from the description on the website.
Note: In case of returning the product, the customer needs to inform us through their registered email id and send it to (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Call us at +91 7348948008 (Helpline Number) within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- What to do if I receive a damaged/missing item?
In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us through registered email id by sending an email at (email@example.com) within 24 hours of delivery with following details.
- Order id
- Images clearly showing a damaged product along with the packaging pictures.
Our support team will contact you to resolve the issue.
- How to sign up on PackNXT?
- Click on the following link to signup on PackNXT- https://packnxt.com/register. Once the page is open you can sign up by using your Google Account by clicking on the “Google” Button or fill in details such as Name, Email address, Password & phone number and then click on “Sign Up” Button.
- How to update/add personal/contact details?
- You can update your contact details by going on the profile section on Dashboard. In the profile section enter your name, email & phone number & click on the “Save” button to update your contact details.
- How to update my password?
- You can update your password by going to the password section on Dashboard. On the password page enter your old password & new password and click on the “Save” button to update your password.
- What are different payment methods available ?
- PackNXT has multiple Payment options including UPI, Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, Wire etc with a safe and secure gateway to process your payments.
- Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on PackNXT?
- Your online transaction on PackNXT is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. PackNXT uses Razorpay as a payment gateway to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
- All Credit card and Debit card payments on the PackNXT platform are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
- Is the total amount taxable?
- Yes, there is GST on the total amount which varies depending on Product material & delivery location.
- Is GST the same for all products?
- GST is different for different products which depend on the product material and delivery location etc.
- Can I get credit for a few days?
- No, we do not provide credit as of now. For more details contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
